Maybe the authors are protective of their work. Like the translation won't live up the content idk

I know that it sounds bad what i'm gonna say, but it's not a now thing. Since when I was kid I learned to be careful. So, I'm used to it and I have never carried a cellphone when I'm walking on the streets. There's many pickpocket thieves that steal cellphones in my area. But, not every location is crazy dangerous and that you should be paranoiac. And I'll add that I was never mugged until this day. However, I saw one on the streets and I was at my apartment no gun involved.

I think in Rio, Sao Paulo many people walk by foot with their stuff, so you only need to pay attention at what happens near you. And put your things really close to you. That's probably why many foreign tourists are mugged in this country. I don't think it's a problem to use a cellphone when there's a crowd. You also need to be discreet while walking. It's sad to say but you become numb to this type of thing.

Yeah, that's why i like lj and line to have a chat :D Brazil have everything, so mixed ^^ The country with the most Japanese outside of Japan, but in Sao Paulo not my small city. In the past I knew like 2 people that liked Utada. It's easy to spot someone reading mangá like One Piece. People like to brag that Kpop is popular worldwide, but Japanese culture is way more spread in the general public. Sho talked on Vs. Arashi about being recognized in Rio.
This country is so damn big that anyone with similar taste as yours is far away from you.

Never heard of webtoon.
